The Singapore Exchange Tour was a tremendous success. The students seemed to really enjoy most of the activities. Some of the most memorable activities were: visiting the Science Center, walking around China Town and Little India, taking photos around the Singapore Waterfront Merlion Park and Gardens by the Bay and learning about the history of Singapore at the City Gallery.
The tour was also an excellent opportunity to spend some quality time with the students. Everyone seemed to enjoy sitting together, eating great food and talking about the trip. The students were also very curious and asked a lot of questions. They are willing to ask simple English questions. The teachers really enjoyed getting to know the students and helping them learn about different cultures.
Overall, the students’ behavior was excellent in all settings. They were polite, considerate of others and they followed the instructions of the tour guides and teachers. We look forward to future overseas trips with the students.

Four students were invited to take part in the recording session on 24th October. It was the first time ever for them to participate in such an English programme sharing ideas with the audience on air. It was really an eye-opening experience for them all. Thanks to RTHK for providing such a valuable chance for students to boost their confidence in speaking .
