早操Morning Exercise – Stretching

Neck Stretch 頸部伸展

  1. Look up 頭向上
  2. Look down 頭向下
  3. Look right 頭向右
  4. Look left 頭向左

 

Shoulder Stretch 肩膀伸展

  1. Hold the elbow across your chest 交义手
  2. Change sides (換手)
  3. Reach down your back and hold your elbow 托高手肘
  4. Change sides (換手)

 

Waist Stretch 腰部伸展

Legs shoulder length 雙腳開至肩膊闊

  1. Turn left at your waist and look down 轉向左
  2. Turn right at your waist and look down 轉向右

 

Leg Stretch 腿部伸展

  1. Forward lunge right leg 前曲後直
  2. Forward lunge left leg (換腳)
  3. Right leg stretch, toes up 前直後曲
  4. Left leg stretch, toes up (換腳)

 

Brain Gym

  1. Cross Crawl 交义爬行
  2. Hook Ups (change side) 掛鈎
