Neck Stretch 頸部伸展
- Look up 頭向上
- Look down 頭向下
- Look right 頭向右
- Look left 頭向左
Shoulder Stretch 肩膀伸展
- Hold the elbow across your chest 交义手
- Change sides (換手)
- Reach down your back and hold your elbow 托高手肘
- Change sides (換手)
Waist Stretch 腰部伸展
Legs shoulder length 雙腳開至肩膊闊
- Turn left at your waist and look down 轉向左
- Turn right at your waist and look down 轉向右
Leg Stretch 腿部伸展
- Forward lunge right leg 前曲後直
- Forward lunge left leg (換腳)
- Right leg stretch, toes up 前直後曲
- Left leg stretch, toes up (換腳)
